All Ford Day / All GM Day

Saturday September 24 2011

All Ford Day and All GM Day Queanbeyan Showground, Open to all makes and models of Ford and GM vehicles(run in Conjunction with the Queanbeyan Swap-Meet)

Yes you read right half of the large oval will be All Ford Day and the other half will be All GM Day!

Car entry $5 per vehicle (includes driver's admission to show & swap meet), cars to be in place by 9am, Judging starts at 11am, car show starts at 10am, Swap-Meet starts at 6am / Sites available) Public Entry $3 per person. All Ford Day / All GM Day entrants can park their car on the oval anytime from 6am onwards (so you can check the swap meet out!)

YES YOU CAN ENTER YOUR CAR ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW!

We had a good turn out to this event last year with somebody even taking home an award ( well done again Brad ). Its nice and close to home so lets see if we can get good numbers to this one.

hi all im out for this weekend, the ute has to get work done on it at intune motorsport this saturday morning, so if the trailer is needed to be picked up can someone please pm me, thanks

As I take forever to set up I will see everyone at the oval .

I will get there early and set out our club area .

Are there any objections to me calling the organizers to ensure We have room enough for 9 cars and a marquis .

I am also happy to plan a display for the layout of the club cars if wanted , would help promote the club and give some ideas for our AFD .

Cars have to be in place by 9.00am so I was thinking 8.15am meet for an 8.30am departure @ Caltex Service Station Lanyon Dr opposite lawn crematory as you come into Queanbeyan from Hume / Jerra.

Had a great day albeit a bit cold .

Thanks to Michael for joining us and congrats for winning furthest travelled .

Samuel is extreemly happy with the tire shine He won .

I am also wrapped at having something else to put in the boot on show days .
